Picnic in Santa Fe
So exactly do you make a taco look extra-appetising? At this point in my California immersion, I think I love tacos so much that you could probably wrap my foot in a flour tortilla and I’d have to think long and hard about not having a bite.
Looking at this photo I think I probably should have researched how other people with professional training and some manner of talent plate this noble meal.
In addition - applying cream from the EAT Club packet, while very easy for eating, doesn’t lend itself to good food photography. Perhaps I need a special tool? Maybe also some restraint.
