Thai Basil Chicken
My rice shaping antics provided me with a brick-like little bale of rice and, after piling up my chicken, I realised that I really wanted to do something with some of the extra-long strips of peppers found in the dish.
I ended up kind of ringing the chicken with it.
While I'm pretty happy with the effect, looking at it now, there's so many other things I could have done - I was half way towards a nigiri using the pepper as a bow
Also, I didn't really incorporate the rice into the dish as well as I perhaps could have.
