Chashu Pork Miso Ramen

Alright, real talk here. The ramen at EAT Club has no business being as good as it is. I mean I'm not queueing up for it anywhere, and it will never beat a real bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen served in a restaurant but this stuff is GOOD.

I therefore was pretty excited about plating it well.
