Salmon Sushi Rolls

Not really sure what I was going for here. The problem, as I see it, is that Sushi has only one or two plating styles that don't just rely on changing the plate (I'm still your boy, r/wewantplates.)

These are more reminiscent of hay bales sitting out in the sunshine.
