Crab and Spicy Shrimp Soba Bowl Part 2
So, Crab and Spicy Shrimp Soba Bowl, we meet again.
This time, my plating kung fu is undefeatable!
Through careful study, I've discovered a devastating new technique - plating less food!
MY PLATING STYLE IS NOW UNDEFEATABLE! HAHAHA!
In addition, one thing I've seen TV chefs do a million times and have now thought to incorporate, is twisting their noodles into small nests.
Combined with some restraint in adding other ingredients, a well chosen selection of lettuce, and much better use of julliened carrots - I think I've actually plated something I wouldn't be ashamed of putting on a blog! Maybe I should get around to that sometime.
