Chicken Tikka and Chana Massala Bowl

The day before Valentine's Day, I apparently decided that love was in the air, and that I needed to shape my rice into a little heart.

I was hoping the little pickles would seem more like confetti on the rice but they were too large to achieve the effect.

Not really sure what that meat is supposed to be doing. Or the Chana. Ugh.

Finally, a poorly placed naan completes the effect. I think I was in a rush to actually start eating. That or I'm getting worse.

I hope not - that's a long way to fall.
