Black Sesame Poke Bowl

Ok so this is maybe a little too minamalist:

That said - I like that I felt comfortable enough going for something that was unapologetically geometric. I quite like the little triangle of sesame rice and the fish and carrot chunks sit lightly and colorfully on top.

The peas were pretty much difficult to arrange well (bowl instead of plate again) but I think I could have done better by fanning them out in a more vertical fashion.
