Sashimi Soba Bowl

I think I went a little nuts with this one here. A little California Cuisine-y.

I started out with the interesting fish-carrot in the middle of the plate there. That should have been enough to have me institutionalised, but California has remarkably lax mental health rules (particularly juding by downtown SF.)

After that I assembled each of the vegetables into a hastily assembled bundle. I think everything there was a little slapdash.

Finaly, the saucing was a little too light on colour - I like seeing some separation in the oil and jus but this was almost all oil. I should have been more fastidious about that.
