Cold Vietnamese Peanut Noodles

The challenge with all Noodle dishes from EAT Club seems to be representing all the elements together in a pretty way. They do it really well in their product photography, but plating on my side, is a little harder.

Ok, I am so happy with that noodle and corriander composition. I added some green onions into the mix but I think they may have been too chunky to play well with what was an otherwise, very nice little noodle nest. I'm feeling pretty good about my noodle plating now!

However, the meat looks a little dry (probably because I hadn't added the sauce to it before the photo, which I should have done) and that cucumber looks like it just rolled on in to photobomb an otherwise nice photo. I should have done a little more (or less) with it.
