DIY Chicken Tinga Taco Kit

Given my recent disasters when plating tacos, I was fired up about this plating challenge.

I managed to maneuver the ingredients I wanted, into position, and then just about kept the taco closed as I whipped my finger away to take a photo.

While I'm a little happier with the shape, I'm beginning to think that tacos should be just plated flat and open, to heap all the attention on the ingredients inside. Those shadows, cast by the tortilla, are doing me no favours.
