Shrimp Moilee
Thank the lord for Bay Leaves. Not only do they make pretty much every fish delicious, they also always look good when plated.
That Bay Leaf is doing work for me right now. I think I've got a pretty unimaginative plate going on here: 3 Shrimp, 3 Dollops of chutney, and a bit of saucing.
I feel like I could have done something a lot more interesting with this dish, perhaps making the plating more linear instead of going back to the 'arrange things around a little rice mound' well again.
