Bulgogi Bibimbap

Oh boy. This one is kinda dumb.

There's a reason Bibimbap is usually shown on restaurant menus as just a surface of veggies, entirely obscuring any rice - that's really what the dish is all about.

My plating has entirely ignored that and instead, engaged in some stupid flying-saucer BS.

Ugh.
